In accordance with point 22 of the Regulations on the registration and activities of Student Research Clubs at the Medical University of Warsaw, all Student Research Clubs registered at the Medical University of Warsaw are required to update their contact information annually.
On 5 November 2026, the dedicated application for updating data in the SRC Register was launched. It is available on the my.WUM system at my.wum.edu.pl. The application is intuitive, yet for your convenience we have provided instructions below on how to update the data in the SRC Register.
Clubs registered at institutions outside the Medical University of Warsaw are kindly requested to expect a message containing information on the legal requirements (personal data protection) that the University expects to be fulfilled.
